MALIN MATTSSON​

​I graduated in Lund in 1990 and started my own company, Malin Mattsson Arkitekt AB, just over 20 years ago. I have designed and decorated many houses for both private and public clients and worked a lot with interior design and sketches in the early stages.

​

I like the simple expression and I´m drawn to minimalist yet warm environments with a few solid materials and a limited color palette that is soothing to the eye.

​

Alongside my work as an architect, I devote myself to painting, where my art reflects the same philosophy – simple, tranquil expressions with a focus on texture and depth.

​

Nowadays you can find me at Drottninggatan 29 in Helsingborg where I run a combined studio, atelier, gallery and shop. Here I alternate architectural assignments with art, product development and furniture design. In the shop I sell my own products together with other hand-picked designs that I like.
