VILLA SVARTEHALL

PRIVATE VILLA
MÖLLE, SWEDEN

A plastered basement villa made of stone, located on a small sloping corner plot, high up in Mölle with a view of the sea and Kullaberg.

The rooms are arranged around a central staircase shaft with skylights from the glazed lantern above.

On the upper floor, there is an entrance, kitchen, living room, a smaller bedroom, and a balcony in an open arrangement with plenty of light and connections, as well as sightlines between the rooms and out to the garden and surroundings. Each window is carefully placed and serves as a frame capturing various views and scenes outside.

The ground floor contains a couple of bedrooms, a study, laundry and bathroom, and a larger storage room. The main axis stretches along the bright long side, allowing views through the entire house.

The choice of materials is few and cohesive, and the color scheme is neutral and soothing to the eye.
